Our search widgets will search for nearby dates or alternative accommodation types if no availability for the requested search is found. This ensures customers can easily see what you can offer them.

Our gap selling feature means you can automatically offer any odd length gaps that may have been left for sale online, While ensuring new online bookings do not create gaps.

Activities and extras

GemaPark lets you book activities and events with limited availability such as boat or bike hire, kids clubs or festivals.

It can also manage limited availability extras such as fire pits or hot tubs to prevent overbooking and of course it can sell unlimited extras too!

Secure mobile compatible booking portal

Once the customer has picked their dates and price they are taken to the GemaPark secure online booking Portal to complete their booking. This carries through your branding but is under HTTPS.

We provide integration with among others SagePay, Stripe, WorldPay and Paypal. We use the new style PCI compliant integrations that allow the user to stay on our pages but are fully PCI compliant.



Online payment portal for balance payments

As well as booking online customers can pay their balance online ahead of their holidays using our quick online payment page. The customer does not need to remember a login to pay. They simply need their booking reference and email address, both of which are in the balance reminder email sent to them. They can then pay their balance.

Our Guest Area lets customers update their booking details, purchase activities and extras and make payments against their existing bookings.

Operational reports and arrivals dashboard

Flexible arrival and departure reports and dashboard have multiple layouts and different fields for different uses e.g. Extras report, Reception Desk Report, Late Arrivals Report, and Cleaners Report.

Interactive fields on the reports allow updates across multiple bookings from a single report screen e.g. checked in or out or time cleaned. See booking system for other reports available.

The interactive replacement for your wall chart that is always up to date.

See all your bookings, blackout dates and in-progress online bookings. Check availability and live pricing. Add and move bookings from the chart:
